Online Entrepreneur Certification - Graduated!

One day past my 30 days and I finished the certification! My goal was to finish it in my first 30 days. Luckily I have a job where I work from home (at the moment) and in between I am reading, watching videos, commenting and learning from the community. Even when I am done for the day around 4 I have continued to work on this certification while chilling on my couch all the way up to bed time (which is usually pretty late).
My Favorite LessonLesson 3 was definitely my favorite since it teaches you the most about affiliate marketing. I loved finding affiliates appropriate to my niche and linking them through my content. This lesson really dives into helping you understand how to make money writing about things you are passionate about. Learning how well product review posts do for your site and then realizing how many products you use in the niche you are passionate about is genius!
My Least Favorite LessonLesson 4 was the hardest lesson for me to get through. This lesson dives into social media and it helps your content be shown to more viewers. Since I am a millennial I feel like I already know how to use social media platforms but also realize how much I do not want to use them! There are too many and I find it frustrating. Once you get to the end though there is a paragraph asking you to figure out which social networks are "share only" so that made the whole lesson so much better!

I have already been really great at organizing myself within my work by keeping "to do lists" and "goal" lists on my Google Keep. I have continued to do that throughout this course. I have copied and pasted key points in every lesson in my Google Keep for easy access. Even though Wealthy Affiliate really does have an easy lesson search. I have also been able to get through this lesson within my month goal because every time you are supposed to write new content in almost every lesson I have put in my "Content to do list" and found keywords for each piece to write in the future. I already had over 30 posts on my website before I joined Wealthy Affiliate and felt fixing those posts up due to the Wealthy Affiliate way was more of a priority then writing new content while learning these lessons.
What Do I Think I Need to Work On?I need to work on making myself write more. I have never been a writer and have not always been good at grammar so I get writers block and held up in making sure my content is properly readable. Wealthy Affiliate has taught me though to write in a way as I would speak to someone casually and to be real so I have learned to forget my old school ways and turn to the new way which is fantastic for all of us "none writers" who want the freedom that affiliate marketing will bring us.
My Biggest AdviceThis program truly does take a lot of work. When you found Wealthy Affiliate through your Ambassador and they said multiple times that this would take a lot of hard work, they were not lying. I am going to go back through all the courses and make sure I have saved all key points from every lesson and make sure I did not miss anything. I have not made a sale yet but in just two weeks I see all the clicks from my added affiliate links so I know it's working. Seeing is believing and believing in yourself is what you need to focus on the most if you really want this life! Good luck everyone!
