Hi - as Valerie has said, I think you have probably been offering feedback on the site as a whole rather than simply commenting on the article. Particularly, as you have described it as a "site review", which comments are most certainly not.
The idea of comments is that they should look as though they have come from a visitor who has found the website and has read the article and wishes to engage in a conversation about it.
Only Kyle can reverse your ban. You need to contact him and assure him that you understand what you did wrong, and how you intend to fix it in the future.
Hmmm. I really don't see it as a wrong. I read the content. Think about what it is they're saying and presenting, then go from there. Just as any customer would. Plus, I have a 75% on the comments wheel. I understand mostly that people want authenticity and I do that. As far as review to comments, I understand that as well. I did a product review and now I am connected with them to affiliate link. It is a matter of perspectives but some stuff is cut and dry especially when it comes to grammar, for a professional site. Wouldn't you agree?
Well, if you are now implying you criticised their use of grammar, that would certainly be construed as feedback rather than a comment on the content of the article. Anyway, we could go round in circles on this point forever! I wish you well.

Oh nice... !!! Ya music is great. And true we could go on and about on the subject. I did in the past comment on grammar but I realized that and hadn't done that since, and just one site. I messaged to see if they could reinstate me because I really like what WA has put together and does. And I had been trying to build my credits so I could request reviews for my sites when they're ready. Anyhow, take care.
From what you have written here, Thomas, it seems that rather than 'commenting' on a post you are giving feedback. I say this because you have said that you submit constructive criticism.
Comments and Constructive Criticism to not go together.
When commenting, you need to write something that adds value to the post. Giving criticism is not the right thing to do in a 'Comment'.
I believe that is what your problem is. I don't know how you can regain your access to leaving comments. Maybe sending a PM to Kyle or Carson might be helpful.
When people ask for comment or review, it IS your perspective. They don't have to accept the comment / review for that matter and could private message me if they wish to discuss further, as an option. And I stated "constructive criticism" as a generalization. We're asked to give response on four topics, two being discussion and OPINION..... I just don't see that I did anything wrong.
