Do I keep going or do I change tac?
I started my website about two months ago on the popular topic of 'how to make money online' although I think I have an angle to work on this particular niche I'm unsure whether to keep going with the site or start another site on a more product focused niche.
This is my currrent dilema. I am more familiar with the subject for my new website idea and therefore I think it will be easier for me to create some valuable content.
I'm sure other have agonised over this same issue and I would be happy for any views on when it would be a good time to stop working on one site and start another?

Although I wouldn't totally give up on your initial site, I would probably get my feet wet with what I was more familiar with as content is king, so you will probably find creating more easy.
I'd say to choose the second road
If you are more familiar with that topic that will help you a lot in your content creation efforts ... Which is a huge cross to bear ...

Make money online is one of the most competitive niches. So if you do not have experience in it before it will take A LOT of work to make this happen.
It definitely can be done. But building a website about something you are passionate about has big advantages.
Ultimately it is up to you to decide what you feel most comfortable with but when it comes to the MMO niche you just have to be realistic how much time and work it takes to make it happen.

I'm a believer in working to your strengths, so my advice would be work on the subject you ar more familiar with and IF possible...
... Evolve that into your current blog : )
But, if its not possible OR doesn't feel right, then start another, but at least reference the new one on the old one!

I would start the new site if that's the one you know better. Make that one a success, then you can go back to your original site and it will be much easier to do, because you will have solid experience about how to be a successful affiliate marketer rather than just re-sharing information you've read. That difference will show in your writing - you'll have the sound of authenticity.
