Here's a fact: many people decide to jump from niche to niche, as they can't find success immediately with the niche that they have chosen for their online business.

It's sad, but it's true ...

Finding profitable niches with low competition or top affiliate products to promote isn’t easy at all. The competition is – almost – always fierce, and jumping from niche to niche in the hope of finding a more profitable income source, has become a quite common phenomenon in the world of affiliate marketing.

And here’s my first advice: don’t do it!

First of all, changing your niche is always a tremendous waste of resources (time, money, online identity, etc). And, more importantly: the failure usually has nothing to do with the niche itself … In the vast majority of cases the problem lies much deeper! And usually is caused by inefficient promotional methods. The good news? The whole “how to niche marketing”, “how to affiliate program”, “how to affiliate marketing programs” dilemma can be easily demystified using the right approach … So, relax and read on!

Let’s start with a quick recap: what is a niche and why is so important?

Basically, a niche is a subset of a given main market that has a well-defined customer base with precisely identified common needs. In other words, a niche is a clearly defined and well-targeted market segment.

Needless to say, choosing your main niche can – and usually will – mean the difference between success and failure, so you’ll have to invest some time to find the best niche that can yield the desired results. The problem? There are – literally – thousands of niches available to be exploited and making a smart choice is not always easy. But don’t worry, right now I am going to show you an easy-to-use two-step framework that will help you to choose some profitable niches with low competition ...

Hi Zsolt!
Thanks a lot for this useful tutorial!
My question is that how can you check the demand and the competition of a given niche?

Hi Zsuzsita,

Thanks for your feedback!

So ...

Demand .... Well, are many ways and indicators. Here are a few tips:

First of all any keyword research tool will give you some information regarding the associated search volume, expected traffic, etc

Second: Google Trends ...

Third: successful niche-related products promoted by the major affiliate platforms; each major platform has some sort of profitability indicator

Fourth: related online activity, interest and engagement on blogs, social platforms, forums, etc

And so on :)

Competition ... Putting aside the complex (paid) competition analysis tools and methods, it's quite easy ... Once you have a general idea regarding your niche, you'll find them everywhere: the Google Search Results Page, the niche-related online and offline communication channels, on social platforms and so on.

That sounds simple Zsolt.
At the same time, I would believe, it is the initial part of finding a profitable niche that really make the difference if you will make or break it - the searching and a bit analyzing parts. Once you hit it 'bingo', you will be cruising to collect the big bucks.
Thank you for taking time to create this important tutorial.
Bookmarked.

Once again, thanks for your time and your feedback Joe!

And I agree ... That's the secret: analyzing a bit those componenets ...

If you are talking about the cash credits, yes, I might collect those big $5 bucks :)

But the really important thing is to help others in finding a good niche. It's a quite common question for newcomers.

I believe the tutorial will be very useful to our new members who struggle with finding a profitable evergreen niche. I have seen, while many managed to identify their niche after the training, there are still many who stuck at that level.
Thanks again.

Hi Zed. Thanks for the info. One of my niches is very in demand right now but it has a ton of competition. So much so that I am having trouble finding topics that haven't been discussed a gazillion times. I am trying to put a different spin on the articles but it is getting difficult. Less competition would be great :).

I don't want to give it up because I know it is here to stay for the long term.
