Why is my website not making any money?

So you recently started affiliate marketing last month and you are wondering why you haven't seen any conversions yet.

As with all new businesses it takes time for it to grow. You have to make sure that you are advertising on a consistent basis.

I am going to use a shoe store as an example. Let's say that you wanted to open a shoe store in the mall. Would you expect to have a lot of customers within month one.

If you were, you are sadly mistaken, because not only is it a new store that no one knows about, but it's also in competition with other shoe stores like "FootLocker", and "Payless"

What will actually happen is that you will put out fliers about the grand opening in the mall whether it's online or in a newspaper, you will make people aware of this store, and even after people are aware of it, they may come visit, but they are not looking to make a purchase, they're only trying to see what merchandise you have,and are you offering the best deal.

So when it comes to your website, how can you expect that to be any different? You keep promoting your website, make sure that you are adding new content frequently and you should begin seeing those conversions soon.
