I know all who come here are looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Which is everyone's dream. But don't set your goals to high to start with. I've always tried not to set goals then I'm never disappointed. Here Kyle tells us to set our goals so we have a starting point to climb to. Through life my goals were set for me by other people and I was always working for them living there dream. Working for there dream making them rich.

Business is hard and long hours I did it for 20 yrs made a good living but forgot to set goals. Prices changed people moved away people tried to change my goals. Big business finally did me in. So setting goals is important and necessary for sucess. Everyone always says ( HIND SITE IS BETTER THEN FORE SITE. ).

My advice to all is set realistic goals that can be met in a realistic time frame. Then readdress your goals and reevaluate themand reset them up or down to meet a realistic future.

And these goals change from day to day depending on where your at if you meet all your goals in the first week. Revisiting your goals and resetting them higher. Or if you find out that your goals were to high move the time frame up or down so the goal can be accomplished. Some goals you will never be done with there continually changing and you are growing. Learning is one goal that never stops till you do.

GOALS FOR THIS MONTH

1. LEARN ALL I CAN, MAKE MY WEB SITE, GET MY NICHE, GET RATED ON GOOGLE, DRAW TRAFFIC, WORK 2 HRS. A DAY,

2. PROMOTE MY NICHE, FIND A BRAND THAT WORKS,

GOALS FOR NEXT MONTH

1. LEARN ALL I CAN, PROMOTE MY NICHE, CHECK MY RATINGS ON GOOLE DAILY,

2. PROMOTE MY BRAND, WORK 2 HRS. A DAY, DRAW TRAFFIC TO MY SITE,

3. MAKE MY FIRST SALE FROM MY NICHE

Hi William, I'm guessing that goals are like maps in pre satnav days, if you don't know the route how the hell are you going to get to your destination without it?

Through life my goals were set for me by other people and I was always working for them living there dream. Working for there dream making them rich. ......Thats wat happens to most of us, we need to find our dream if possible. Great blog Pal.

Thank you very much for me he like and keep up the good work.

Very realistic plan my friend. I totally agree, if you have no plans or timescale to work to you will not succeed. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers

Your very welcome your in the right place to succeed

It makes sense to me to set goals I can control, e.g. Build my site, post weekly, do certain promo tasks, make x sales calls. To set a goal to sell so much product, on the other hand, depends on how others respond, as well as on the overall economic climate.

Personally I set my goals for what I want and where I want to be and time can obviously deviate them some.

It's the mild stones that I may shift here or there for the most part.
Most importantly its the vehicle to which I choose to get there.

For instance I plan to build my sites for the next year, if they do not show signs of real progress, I will waste no more time and move on for I have my bucket list to full fill and time waits for no one. In one years time if there is progress then I'll keep improving them.

Good words! I do agree that being realistic is a necessary part of any plan. I also think that the goal you have set will do you well. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for reading my blog

Hi I agree in part. I think it's important to feel like you can achieve your goals and for them to be set by yourself. But sometimes, I feel like you need to be a little "unrealistic" in your end goals. It needs to take you out of your comfort zone and be a little scary but not so scary that you lose motivation.

The steps to achieving it though as you say should be not so intimidating. Actually, it's about breaking it down to make it into manageable steps. Once you see that you can achieve those you can start building on your successes and build momentum - realizing that your big dream might actually be obtainable!!

I love your steps you have set out towards success for each month. And you are so right - in that, many goals are a constant....learning being a good example.

Sarah

thanks for your words of encouragement

This one is hard for me, I must admit William. I make them every month, and by the second week, forget all about them, and then make them again the next month. If they were giving rankings for making goals, I would definitely rank #1. Thank you for the tip.

Yep all is well in learning. Goals are set an broken if we all could set our goals and master them every month we would all be better off. But we have to get back up and try again good luck.thats why I say to my self set realistic goals that can be met in a timely manner. Then revisit and reset your goals.

Will do, thank you. Will get back to you down the road and let you know how it's going. Stay well William and God Speed.

Copy that! Much needed reality check for all of us. Your text and your goals are awesome, because you put yourself in control and make a point about reevaluating on a regular basis.

Here's to realistic planning, dreams and success!

Thank you very much
