Learn like a Grizzly
The success rate of most online memberships that provide training is greatly limited due to the strategies and processes that are not put into place and practiced.
People learn things in two ways; they DO things, and learn from experience, and they teach things and learn from simplified sharing. This process when put into practice makes grizzlies out of cubs.
Sadly I have never found a online membership that truly gives one amble opportunities to DO and learn from application and action.
The success rate of aspiring online entrepreneurs is so low because they are not provided opportunities to learn by doing or teach others.
Online memberships as a whole are far better at ensuring their profitability rather than the growth and earnings of their members.
Every mother grizzly knows that she must teach her cubs the skills they will need to one day gain their independence.
She leads them by example, and provides them opportunities to help each other learn the grizzly fundamentals.
Together the cubs help one another realize their potential and gain the experience necessary to courageously take on the challenges that come with being a grizzly.
My Grizzly Mentor has taught me these things. He is helping me develop a membership program that will help people to; learn, do, and share.

Many children fail in school because they do not learn well by being lectured to. In the Hawaiian Culture people learned by watching others do something, doing it themselves and then asking questions when they got stuck.
WA is much the same. In the lessons, we watch some do something from building a website to finding a key word. Then we put what we learned into action and ask questions of the members when we get stuck.
Success in our business is simple:
1. find your niche
2. build your website
3. build your mailing list
4. market to your list
Work your business a minimum of 2 hrs a day. One hour for watching and one hour for doing.
