The Grizzly is on the move. He is leaving the cave, and forging a new path. I have used the grizzly bear to learn about and create branding. As of current. I'm working on rebranding everything. I have created a youtube channel, called TheEvanWaltonShow, and will be rebranding my entire website to match. Through this channel and my revamped website, I plan on doing many of the same things, but from a different direction. Many of you have expressed interest in what I'm up to. Many of you have aske

I wrote a book in 4 weeks. (Sound crazy?)I can hardly believe it. It came together so quickly. With a topic I was passionate about, I found the energy I needed to stick with it, keep writing, and reach my goal to have a full first draft of a book completed. The book currently has 46 chapters. With 220 pages. The book is about the importance of jobs for teens and young adults, and how they can make the most of their jobs, and their time to build the future they're after today. I feel very strongly

Are you getting the best possible education? Do you have mentor who you can go to for the game changing lessons? If you don't have a mentor you need one. Mentors help use sort out what we're learning so we can learn what we need to learn rather than become overwhelmed with everything. I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for my grizzly mentor.-Evan

We all need to have conviction. This can be hard. Not because we don't know what it is, but because it is greatly opposed by nearly at every turn.Sometimes our well meaning friends, family, and associates feel they know what's best for us. They feel that because they know us, and have shared experiences with us, they feel they have a pretty good idea of what makes us happy. So they kindly suggest and pressure us to do things that they figure will be enjoyable for us.We take their kind advice, b

Pushing ourselves to do what we have planned to do, and seeing things come together will always be rewarding. This is because progress is always positive. When we make progress we enjoy a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment. Never ever underestimate how rewarding it will feel to make a plan, follow a plan, and see things come together! If you want to find more fulfillment start planning for it, and it just might be easier to find.I love to make plans and see them through. That being said, I

Always remember your why. Remember why you are doing what you are doing. Without your motives you have no reason to do what you do. When you remember your why you'll be able to continually motivate yourself. If you forget your why and lose your vision then you get no where. It'll be impossible.Managing your thoughts will be the hardest thing you do all day. It'll be a struggle, and you might not be perfect at it, but you have to work at it. Other wise they could get the best of you. I do what I

Everyday we have a choice. We can either forget the dream, or see and work toward the dream. This choice is not easy. It's hard.We have to continually remind ourselves of the vision we have. (If we don't have a vision we gotta get one.) Sometimes we will struggle to have the energy to do what we need to do. When we are faced with fatigue, depression, or doubt we need to remain committed, and accept the struggle. There's no such thing as a perfect day, we have to be committed to working toward ou

Don't look back with regret, look forward with determination, and optimistic anticipation. We will have days when we struggle to be effective, productive, or sane. This doesn't make us a failure it makes us normal. Everyone has those days that make them frustrated. What we need to do is be able to realize that these days don't define us, they help to refine us. There is truly no such thing as an instant success. Success takes time, and relentless effort. No matter how your day goes be willing to

We have to be willing to keep moving, to persist. To seek opportunities and to change. We have to be willing to leave our comfort zones.Willingness is key to everything we do. No one ever enjoys being forced into something, and as result they will not benefit from it nearly as much as those who are willing to take action on their own terms. If we are not willing to do what it takes to overcome our challenges and seek improvement then we will never find ourselves in a better state. It all comes

We will always have the possibilities we need. If we want to work toward a goal, we will be presented with opportunities and possibilities that will help us work toward that goal. If we want to get better we will find ourselves with the chances to do so. If you are fixated on progression and the pursuit of personal improvement and refinement then you will realize the opportunities you need as they come to you. The more you seek understanding, the more you ask yourself how you can truly reach yo
