Can anyone please advise me how to make a website more user friendly and engaging? Any thoughts welcome.
I have been experimenting with different themes on my guitar site' with help from a friend. liked a lite color one with a happy motife. It was engaging and made it fun to look around but unfortunately it was not mobile friendly, maybe because the letters ran together.
I now have a theme that seems to be friendlier than my first and is mobil friendly. Http://www.martstervt.com.

Hello Marty, went to your website on my Samsung S5 and it looks really nice and it loads quite quickly. Than you very much for your support and notes. Have a very blessed day...bye...
Here's a few things I am trying.
-Using a blog page as the home page. This is easier on return readers.
-Having an up to date theme with a consistent genre of photos.
-I work really hards towards keeping things linear and intuitive. I find myself constantly refining this. Meaning a new reader shouldn't feel like a mouse trying to explore a maze, but rather a student being led through an educational program by an instructor.
Hi Zorg and thank you very much for the follow and thank you also for the great advice. Have a very blessed day and will also be following you back....bye....
Thanks for the follow, i hope i could help a little. If you ever need something, dont hesitate to write me a messega :)
Hope you have a good day!
In my opinion there should be a good structur. A inviting header, subheader and then a bar. The page shouldnt be too dark and the contrast between background and text should be high enough to habe no problems reading it.
I would also suggest to write short informative texts. Not too long, because its annoyinh to have a big text in front of you and you need the whole text to understand what it wants to tell you :)

Hi Johan, I think color is very important to a user friendly site. What colors you use can make or break a site.
Hello Linda, thank you very much for that excellent point and tip. You have a very blessed day...bye...
