What has happened?
I went to bed last night to an overcast sky. I woke up this morning to a strange and unfamiliar place. A peculiar and creepy phenomenon has overtaken my community where I now live. I am not sure if Russian involvement or a government plot is working against me. I am cold and petrified. I am from Texas, where we led a simple life. I haven't a clue why, when I moved to Indiana, everything changed so drastically.
I have not left my house yet, and have no clue how many others have been affected by this strange and frightening occurrence. I will soon venture out to look to see how bad it really is. All of my time prepping for survival will hopefully pay off. Wish me luck, I am now on a quest to help other survivors.
Brace yourself, I am going to share the initial view from my front porch this morning. If you have small pets or children, have them cover their eyes, as this may be disturbing.

Please keep that cold nonsense over there! We in north Louisiana, is forecast to have freezing temperatures tomorrow π₯Άπ₯Άπ₯Άπ₯Άπ₯Ά. We donβt need ice or snow. π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£
When it looks like thisππ outside your kitchen window and you know you still have to go to work, then I'll feel sorry for you. Unless the Governor declares a state of emergency, we medical patient transporters must still drive in the white stuff. Fortunately that is what AWD is for.
I have been on hold with Gregg Abbots (Tx Gov) office all morning but it is Sunday and he is not available. Trying to get him to send me emergency aid and counseling.
lol π wait did you say counseling? Maybe he will send a special prayer. Be careful out there.
π I'm going to see if me and my sister is even going to open the front door for college tomorrow in this weather.
My bones already telling me no!!!!
Come on down! But better wait until Wednesday--Winter will be on Monday and Tuesday, 33F Tue AM, 38F Wed AM, but back into low 70s Wed PM and 80s by next Sat...π
snow :) We did not even have snow here, yes. And you have. In some way, I wish to have snow, but maybe after I cover my roses for winter. Winters are not predictable; they used to be so harsh here before my birth. With the summer we had, more like it was no summer, winter can be anything... By the way, well written text, I was really thinking what is so terrifying :) Well done. Thanks!π
πI see. But really exciting to read, I was thinking you saw something really terrible ahha. That is you, explore that. It can really be good for you.

Hi Michael!
For someone like me who was born and raised in the Caribbean, I only like to look at the snow not to deal with it in any other way. So I can understand your horror. Best of luck with you snow cleaning!
Wishing you the very best!
Kind regards,
Nichola
Thanks! I am sure I will eventually normalize it in my mind.
You are welcome! Indeed, you will!
