Me-Courage
(The header image encapsulates the idea of facing fears, taking action, and celebrating courageous efforts in a visually inspiring way.)
It means facing your fears and taking action.
Start small and build up over time.
Visualize success; see yourself overcoming challenges.
Who is your idol? Follow their example closely.
Embrace failure and see it as an opportunity to grow.
Be kind to yourself.
Challenge yourself frequently.
Recall times when you have been brave before.
Focus on your "WHY."
Breathe in, breathe out.
Seek support.
Celebrate your courageous efforts.

My idol was my Dad. His advice (which I never really understood) was "let the saw (or whatever) do the work. No matter how I tried, the saw wouldn't cut unless I did the work. Anyway, he taught me to face fears because he said newest was the most exciting part of life.

Sounds like Gordon Ramsay, lol. "Let the knife do the work." That's when filleting a fish lolol
I assume this is what your Dad meant.
I know you have to do the work, but let the saw's tool do its own thing. It depends, of course, on how sharp it is.
Perfect, Jim! And thanks for sharing.
Thank you, Abie, this is exactly what I needed right now!
I am going to copy it into my library!
