I'm Doing a 90-Day Youtube Challenge (and it's a little scary)
I decided today that I would put off all of the excuses that are stopping me from getting on Youtube. I bought all the equipment I need to make professional quality videos over one year ago, and I still haven't figured out how to use it.
I decided not to put it off ANY LONGER and to just go for it. In my pep talk to myself I said, "Authenticity is going to be my competitive advantage--not video quality". Hopefully authenticity can win something.
My first video was a brief introduction to who I am and my background. When I went back and looked at the video, it's quite imperfect, but I'm going to be vulnerable and allow people online to get to know me as I am.
If you're interested in seeing the first video of my 90-day challenge, you can check it out here:
If you're interested in doing a 90-day challenge with me, let's go. I'm planning to do 1 blog post, 1 email to my list, and 1 video every day for 90 days. I'm not sure if I can do it, but I'm going to try my best. Let's see what I can do! Thanks so much for your continued support and for this amazing training that pushes us outside of our comfort zone into so much personal growth!
Cheers to your growth!

It's not my first video ever. It's my first video after committing to Youtube. LOL. I was doing videos 4 years ago, but at the time I didn't think twice about it, and I was dabbling. I stopped awhile ago and lost the muscle memory to do video. Now, I decided I want to commit to doing video and start out with a 90-day challenge.
Thumbs up. Could you make your video closed captioned on your youtube channel? It would help reach the Deaf and Hard of Hearing people to see. Almost all videos have cc embedded in there sometimes 24 hours after you post it. Not sure but thats how I understand it. Brave of you to do that challenge. I am scared of that. I do not speak well. I have to figure out different ways, no face but use texts only with screen shots. I have yet to tackle that part.
