Can I join an affiliate program even if I don't have traffic to my website?

According to the level two (2) second lesson, one of the tasks is to join a listed affiliate

T I have the same issue . Now we are to get a link from sais affiliates and i cant figure out how

Right now, Tulio, you should focus on writing a lot of quality content to attract that traffic, my friend!

Jeff

There is no point in joining any affiliate programs without having traffic coming to your website. Focus on developing traffic first.

And once you have the traffic coming, I would say at least 100 visitors per day then you can join affiliate programs.

Yes, that task comes to early in the training. Wait with joining until you have traffic and several posts.

You would need content and TRAFFIC before applying to affiliate programs as typically they would inspect your site prior approval.

You may be able to get accepted to Amazon sooner however you still have to satisfy the quota doing three sales in 180 days.

So, I will leave this task for later. I complete it when I have traffic.

Thank you very much.

Would it be okay to use my keyword in the introduction before the first paragraph?

Obviously I've already placed it in the title.

You are free to use it where you choose but make it flow naturally with your content and don't over do i
But using it in first sentence or first paragraph is great and at end and once in middle..

I had misunderstood.

I have only placed my keyword in the title and in the introduction.

I have done so in all my publications.

Should I edit each post, placing where it is needed?

If your posts are already indexed. No waiting until you review them for need of updating content. You may learn some new things about your niche which can be added. Then you can add the keyword in the body Once and in the past paragraph.

Hi - yes, I actually put it in the first sentence. Then as a H2 subheading and once more in my conclusion.

Yes that's fine. Jim

Your found target keywords go in the title of your post and again in first or second paragraph then write freely. Some include them towards a conclusion if it conveys a message. I'd also make sure they are grammatically correct.

Yes, that would be fine. Just don't overdo it.

When you talk about not overdoing it, what do you mean?

I would really appreciate your clarification.

Just don't sprinkle your keyword randomly and frequently throughout the post. Maybe 3 times in the first couple of paragraphs and once more in the last paragraph. And as much as possible, naturally within the text.
