Can you clarify 'rotate'? The Wealthy Affiliate is a learning platform that teaches you how to build a progressive, successful site for affiliate marketing.
The recommendation is to focus on ONE site starting as it takes lots of effort and work to get it going; however, once you know what you are doing, the learning curve would be less steep to scale up.

Let me tell you what I was thinking and maybe we can move on from that. I have for many years had a passion about fashion and style. I traveled to Italy with designs and an idea to start my own shoe line. It was cost prohibitive. I didn’t have the funds to even begin. However, I have found some incredible artisans that produce some of the most beautiful footwear you will ever find. I’m talking about custom bespoke footwear. It’s a very special niche of consumers. Finding this site excites me. Who sees these posts? Is it possible I can talk with you via phone or WhatsApp?
I am sorry, but all communications are on the platform. We do not do phones or WhatsApp. As then it is shared freely, and others can chime in with ideas as well :)

I also knew someone (no longer a member) who did that. They've moved on and are investing extensively on Instagram (the majority of their business is coming from there)

Yes, you can have three websites but follow the training. Start with one website first
