Black Friday Excitement!
This is my first time ever doing promotions for Black Friday and I am super excited and feel incredibly positive about a very successful outcome regarding sales this Black Friday.
Ranking number 1 in Google For Black Friday Promotion
One of the reasons I am so super excited is that one of the companies which I am promoting for seems not to be bothered to run a Black Friday promotion which is quite hard to believe, but I am running my own Black Friday discount with this particular companies products and there seems to be zero competition for their products regarding a Black Friday Promotion.
As a result I obviously rank number one in Google for anything related to their products and the keywords Black Friday or Cyber Monday. For this reason I believe that I could potentially sweep up quite a number of sales.
Wealthy Affiliate Black Friday Promotion
Wealthy Affiliate Black Friday Promotion is the wild horse for me as I have no idea what may possibly happen in regards to my promotion when it comes to the Wealthy Affiliate Black Friday Special.
The reason is obvious because there are so many people here on WA promoting it lol. But this brings that element of surprise and excitement because with online marketing you just never know what can happen. It is also quite exciting to try find ways to rank for Wealthy Affiliate Black Friday Special despite the heavy competition.
My Expectations
As I have just started out from scratch once again the end of January 2019 I do not expect a super amount of sales. However I do expect some sales.
The exciting thing about Black Friday coming up is that you just do not know what is going to happen. There are three possible outcomes for me:
1) I can either make 0 sales.
2) I can make some sales.
3) Or Black Friday can absolutely astound me and I can have a relatively big amount of sales that may totally take me by surprise.
Final Thoughts
I hope you are all as excited as I am about Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions and I wish you all the very best of success with your Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions.
I am sure there are going to be loads of testimonies posted here at WA of a record amount of sales after the Black Friday weekend. So watch this space :)
What Are Your Expectations?
If you want, it may be quite a bit of fun to hear what your expectations are in regards to your Black Friday promotion or to also hear from those of you that is doing a Black Friday promotion for the very first time. Or perhaps some of you that participated in Black Friday promotions last year could be so kind to share your Black Friday promotion experiences with us e.g. will be very interesting to hear if Black Friday completely blew you away against your expectations or perhaps the other way around. You expected loads of sales and ended up with zero sales lol.

My sites are not really built-out right now, so I'd be ecstatic with even one sale, but am not expecting any. It sure sounds like you have your stuff together, so you should do well! Best continued success to you !

Many thanks, Jeffrey. Well I am really trying very hard lol but it is one of those situations where I can see that there are still a lot of water that needs to run in the see in terms of content creation, generating more traffic etc.
But yes, I have perhaps done just enough to be in a position to generate some sales. I am sure next year I will be really ready for it and will grab this Black Friday opportunity with both hands.
At this stage I will also be happy generating any sale lol. But the exciting thing is waking up in the morning seeing more sales has actually come in than you have expected. I do hope this will be the case for me!
Next year Jeffrey, you will be ready! And hopefully you get than one sale you after this Black Friday already.

Hi Schalk, it would be nice if you and others would share their experience with Black Friday WA promotion.
In my case, I only got one Starter subscription. But I focused heavily on Facebook ads, which, unfortunately, ran on and off during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. I found it very difficult to promote on FB.
What channel did you use to advertise and could anyone else share their own experience being successful with this promotion so we can follow that path next time around?

Well Paula, WA is not really something I was really focusing on promoting before the actual Black Friday. The Black Friday deal on WA was just too good not to promote, so I knew I was not in a very good position to promote it to begin with, but was still going to give it a go and hope for the best. So I pretty much did what you did and tried a FB add on FB as if you have not positioned yourself and established yourself as yet when it comes to marketing WA then it is going to have to come from an outside chance like a FB ad etc. Well the click through rate was not too bad but I had no success with the FB promotion for WA in terms of sales.
Another way of course of promoting will be on social media like Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube. So I had some YouTube videos up which I now made private which did not rank too badly (was my best shot to get some traffic as WA very competitive but not that much when it includes Black Friday on YT at the time anyways). Well as I pretty much started from scratch my social media accounts are not super built up (although I still have a couple of semi-built up social media accounts from way back). But yes unless your social media accounts are really built up I guess the promotion on your own personal social media accounts may not be too helpful. But yip, if you have a big following then of course these are good places to advertise.
I also created an engaging landing page via GetResponse for the Black Friday offer in order to try to start building my email list.
But yes, I did not expect much from this Black Friday promotion due to me restarted the whole online marketing process not too long ago and even started too late on my Black Friday promotion. I will be ready for next years promotion for sure!
Oh and further to this the free video training course I am now busy creating is my plan to promote WA within the video descriptions, as I know to try rank a promotional article for WA within Google's search results now is very tough.
