Progress Update 2 Months
Before arriving at the Wealthy Affiliate site, I was contemplating either a career change or going back to college for a Master's Degree in Business. I set out on my WA adventure with absolutely no idea what I was doing, where it would lead me or how my life would change. I am blessed to have discovered this community and I cannot believe how my life has changed.
Having no idea what a BLOG, WIDGET, AFFILIATE LINK, or any knowledge about building a website, I was initially filled with anxiety and skepticism. However, the STEP-BY-STEP instructions, videos, chats, comments and other VALUABLE resources at WA have changed all that anxiety into healthy ANTICIPATION, ACTION, & OPTIMISM. No longer am is skeptical because I now own my own ONLINE REAL ESTATE. I could have spent thousands of dollars and time away from my family, friends, and other responsibilities/hobbies by going back to college. Instead of LEARNING without ACTION, I can honestly proclaim I have LEARNED with continuous ACTION. Furthermore, I did not have to sit in a classroom, devote precious time and money into a college degree that may or may not MAKE me MONEY while I SLEEP. Oh no, I have made MONEY (though not the in the THOUSANDS -- YET) while spending less than $200 TOTAL. That $200 includes BOTH my online business expenses (Domain site, Premium Membership, Jaaxy) AND my new BUSINESS' expenses (cards, brochures, business bank account, etc...) all based on my website.
My WA adventure has ignited into both an online website AND a business. I am truly blessed and look forward to making a difference in both my ONLINE community and OFFLINE community.
Without support, dedication, dreams, and prayers LIFE would be without purpose, goals, or adventure.
Ultimately, School (or in my case college) teaches you Lessons and then gives you a Test
LIFE is a series of tests that you learn your lessons!
Sooo, I am thankful I decided on a new LIFE test with helpful lessons and a wonderful community to build a lasting foundation.
