Wow! Google ranking right away with no content!?
I am shocked. I don't have any content yet on my site, just the Privacy Policy and About page, yet it is on the first page of Google, 4th down from the top. At one point yesterday it was in the 3rd spot! How crazy is that! I think choosing a low competition niche, a good domain name and an SEO friendly theme is paying off big time!! The site has only been up for less than a week.
I know the work has just barely begun and I will have to create a ton of content with good keywords, keep up my optimization etc. but hey, I am lucky to have a great starting point.
Thoughts as to how this occurred?

I may disappoint you but this is not real. Just your browser showing you stuff from search history. To know your true ranking you must search incognito.
I wondered that same thing but I tried searching from a different computer and got the same result.
I see, you are talking about site not about posts. Normally ranking by posts is only that matters because people search by using some keywords. But if your domain name is keyword-reach this may also appear in searches. So you did a good thing.
