Goodbye 2021 Sunset Has Come!
2021 has been a rough year for a lot of us. I for one will not miss it. I have enjoyed working on my writing skills for years, and this will be my first post.
Friendships at WA are so wonderful, but the tech stuff was like trying to hang a load of wet laundry in the air on invisible whatever?
After years of going to Jay's Friday classes, CLICK! Something started to happen. We all learn at different rates, and I am so stubborn, I must get the whole picture, before proceeding. Which apparently is not the way most people learn. Hey man, and I have degrees in education, fine arts, math, and science. My brain can see what molecules look like, and chemical reactions, but struggling over here at WA.
I come from Boulder, Colorado, you may know some of the jokes and pokes made about this town with the University of Colorado at Boulder, Naropa-Dopa, National Bureau of Standards, the Flatirons, and mountains right around it. "35 square miles surrounded by reality," and Boulderites are alive from the neck up. Boulder is a hot spot for business ideas, but I grew a different way than it did. So we have parted ways.
Glad I'm in WA, and so grateful to Kyle (I came to WA on a Kyle post on Crypto), and thank you to Carson for always keeping the lights on 24/7/365 or 6!
Thank you to Jay, and all my friends here, and friends to be. Thank you to all the teachers and encouragers here!
Later on, when I figure this post thing out better, they will be better, and I will be better.

2021 is a year I'm happy to leave behind. Although, it did provide the opportunity for growth in different areas of my life, so it wasn't all bad.
I think big changes may be coming this year, and change at first is always unsettling. However, I believe things will always work out in the best possible way for all concerned.

Yes Andrew, 2022 may be the year for people standing up and finding their stong footing.
Tyranny is not a dancing partner, if you know what I mean. But you have to find out who you are and where you stand to be strong about what the future is bringing, more of the past narrative at a very sped up pace. It seems to be a pace race, not a space race,
I just wanted to reconnect with you in a daytime hour. It seems I always write to you in late evening, so hoped to do a little better for today, I appreciate your independent thinking, that is a treasure indeed. Have a great and productive week, and never a weak week, my friend, Andrew!

Thanks for an interesting read, I agree the tech stuff is a lot to get one's head around! I really appreciate this platform so much after running into so many scams.
Kyle, Carson, and Jay have put together something very special here. They could have just made websites to make themselves super rich and that would be that. Instead they found a way to make money and help so many people (like us) realize their dreams instead!
I tried to start a website on my own a few years before I found WA. It was a nightmare. They sell you the site and they are gone! Hosting, tech support, SEO, "figure it out yourself!" or "pay even more money and we can help you out with that!".
These guys took this industry that was a nightmare of scammers and broken promises for so many and found a way to make peoples dreams of having their own real online business come true!
Jeremy, that was an awesome in depth response, and so true! WA is our "safe place" and we have so many teachers compelled to give back, help us to our own finish lines more quickly, and share hearts..
Like WA is one Big Beating Heart of Service! It totally blows my mind, my little dink mind!
They say Dismal Land is "The Happy Place', but if you ever discovered it and Walt's dark past, you would keep your babies pure away from it, while trying to keep yourself from throwing up!
WA is our Happy Place. It is good to know what should not be done here, like the Spam is not just a bad thing to eat. O- search function, Spam Is A No No. And O- for laurenjean's post about write ban and what to do about it. (I don't even know how it happened to me, but I'm wiser now). Punishment is a code of silence, so to speak.
Please look up laurenjeans's post It has Kyles' and Carson's email, and what is OK to write about here to avoid ALL trouble. Copy and paste onto a document. for Example so can find in your stuff if needed.
Title it WA laurenjean . and then whatever helps you find it if you need it, say Get out of Jail.
I simply know in our protection, that there are standards which are rules and Our beloved Kyle has many times protected us from hideous Devils, and stared into their eyes, and shut them down. What a great guy. WA, what a great place.
Nathaniell said your WA friendships become more valuable and relatable over time, as problems re; web, etc. application of technology come up 10 years into WA, who can help with that in the not online world? The answer is< No one!
