Back With A New Focus
I got overwhelmed and felt I needed to cancel my membership and now 6 days later I have a new approach that may keep me from getting overwhelmed and progressing through the lessons.
My New Approach to WA
1. Take each lesson and break it into smaller chunks than what Kyle suggest.
2. Set 1 task to complete each day and work on it till completion.
3. Avoid from logging on multiple times a day to prevent burnout.
4. If someone has always answered a member's question, there's no need for me to answer it.
5. Read or watch the video of the next task and be thinking about it while at work to get a head start of what I am going to do when I log back into WA again.
6. Complete any tasks on paper at work on breaks if time permits.
7. Only work on WA in the mornings when no one else is around. Assuming eyes only discourages me.
8. Take notes, date that days lesson and take the notebook to work to look at on breaks.
9. Pull up a new tab in WA so I can follow Kyle as he goes through each step
10. Concern myself more with progressing through the lessons than my WA rank.
I'm going to try this and would appreciate support or comments from other WA members.

Great idea if this helps you focus more then go for it.
Make any adjustment as you see fit particular around you work area.
Just be careful you don't get caught at work.
Hint:
Keep you official work open that know and remember the Alt Tab worked wonders for me always just don't make it obvious better to Alt tab early than fumble and look suspicious.
Otherwise great plan and wishing you well.

The take away lesson in your post for me is to keep moving forward. I'm reading a book called "Bounce" by a psychologist who talks about what people in the "helping professions" can do to re-energize . I found it at a used book store for 33 cents and the timing of it couldn't have been better on how to re-energize myself when my job takes so much from me.
Amazing how spirit works great value as well when your are finished with the book perhaps you could sell it for 1.33 at the markets or a bargain store you never know.
