You log in on the left side "site rubix" and from there create one or log into on of your sites. You then are logged in as an admin in the admin area.

Let me ask you this... are you hosting here at WA?
If you are hosting at WA, then there is no need to generate a CSR because WA hosting does not have this feature as it is typically not needed.
Why do you want a ssl certificate?
Unless you have a website that is collecting credit card information, then an SSL is not needed.
