Every time i try to log into my domain it say's wa have disabled, does any one know how do i get this rectified as i have one another domain and goes to that dashboard completly

You log in on the left side "site rubix" and from there create one or log into on of your sites. You then are logged in as an admin in the admin area.
Thanks Syria's. I think I completed lesson 3 thanks to your help and others. How do I check to make sure it is done?

Hey Desmond,
Let me ask you this... are you hosting here at WA?
If you are hosting at WA, then there is no need to generate a CSR because WA hosting does not have this feature as it is typically not needed.
Why do you want a ssl certificate?
Unless you have a website that is collecting credit card information, then an SSL is not needed.

See if you can get a refund otherwise take it as a lesson learned and move forward.
This was very helpful as I purchased a SSL. I did not know that WA took care of all of that..
