How to SIMPLY ANIMATE any picture > and create a SHORT VIDEO
Hello beautiful WA Family!
In my researches to create BULK CONTENT for my socials, I discovered some very
FREE TOOLS to animate any picture in CANVA.
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF ANIMATING PICTURES?
- you can use it as a footage in a longer video
- you can create SHORTS for youtube (15 sec) and re-publish them as
- video pins
- tik tok short video
- ig reels - stories
So with a simple photo animated + some texts on it you can update your content more often!
THE PROCESS > SUPER EASY
- Go to Canva (Free version) > Create a project (any project)
- Go to the APP tools
- Write in the search bar > ANIMATE > my selected tool is "Image Animate"
- Adjust the parameters required for animating the picture
- Insert the short video in a 1080 x 1920 px format
- Add some music and text
- Export and publish on social platforms
P.S. It seems working better with AI generated images!
I created a 5 sec SHORT that I re-published on all my socials

I have a paid version of Canva and found that app on the platform. I have used Canva to create YT shorts using photos and animating them (basic features). This looks like the next level of that. I am still learning how to use he many aspects of Canva.
