What to do when a sickness overwhelms you.

I have been away for a while and it was due to an illness. You see I caught a very serious disease and it comes in many different forms. Well before we get into what it is, let's go through what the symptoms are.

The symptoms you may have.

1. Lack of focus
2. Distractions around you
3. Unable to get motivated
4. You think that procrastination is your friend
5. You have no set schedule to complete assignments
6. You talk yourself out of your responsibilities
7. You want success, but you don't really want to work for it
8. You say I can do it tomorrow and it turns into days, maybe weeks
9. You feel tired
10. I can't do this

So I have called it "Crastinitastrickyoulitas" it is not a technical term, but I think the term speaks for itself.

If you have the symptoms you must do a few things. Well they worked for me, but may not for all.

Stand in front of a mirror, look at yourself. Slap yourself good and hard, no harder! Then say what is your problem? Out loud! Then ask yourself "What do you want out of this?" What ever your goal may be. Ask yourself "Do you want success?" Well it won't come to you unless you chase after it.

I think you get the idea. Sometimes you have to wake yourself up to what is around you. Use the tools that are provided and go forth with a drive and ambition to achieve.

Please do not become another victim to this debilitating disease.

P.S. this is intended as a way to laugh at yourself, but also have truth in it's meaning.
