Rules for transfer of domain ownership vary by Registrar. You will have to check what is required whever you are purchasing the domain, especially if it is in the 'resale' space. Once you have assumed ownership (at the original Registrar), you will be able to transfer it here to WA. Please be advised that once you own a domain, registration here is not necessary. You may host your sites here merely by updating the DNS.
