Not me, because, as I've said, I might not even be here by the end of the week! One day at a time works beautifully for me. but whatever works for you is also good!
A bit of gardening and becoming one with nature helps me relax. Been working on a blog all afternoon and adding some Canva stuff as an informational image. …and finding the button on Canva where I can duplicate my work and only change a few words instead of having to spend another 2 hours…feeling great…yahoo.
