I have added the Getresponse plugin to my website. when I go to the plugin settings I am required to enter my Getresponse API key, when I do this I get the following message:
You might want to call Getresponse customer support or go to their website and create a ticket. Should their find the issue with WA servers... You can reach support at https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support

Sometimes you have to let support know that your having a problem and they will be able to make an adjustment on their end.
I use use the Getresponse API without any problems.

Hey Steve, if you simply follow the certification course, you'll get your answer ;)
The thing you're talking about is in Course 1 - Lesson 6
A word of advice, don't get ahead of yourself but follow the course. It is very important to have a basic education in Internet Marketing to ever be able to succeed, and that basic education is what you get if you complete the Certification Course.
