Should I always have to buy the product to write an honest

Guess it depends on how personal you want your website to be.
For me, I prefer to only review products that I have purchased and tried. In this way, my reviews will always be known as more reliable and honest.

I doubt that it is possible to review only what you own. Nobody can afford this, you are supposed to have hundreds or thousands of posts and reviews. Research and experience help.

Ideally, but probably not practical. I would Google as much info as you can about potential programs and at least opt-in.
