Can I purchase a domain and have it forwarded to another website? Thanks
WA provides the hosting and you will need to register a domain name at a domain registrar. This is different/seperate from WA hosting. You can add an emailing service via your registrar as most of them offer email hosting. WA has it's own email hosting too an it comes with your membership.
Sure, you can. It's called url forwarding or domain forwarding. Your domain registrar should provide it.

So trying to understand. You're buying a domain name and not using WA's services, is that correct? Just trying to understand.
when you buy a domain name you transfer it to wealthy affiliates platform, to host, this saves you hosting fees if you were not a member here this could get costly.

can we add other websites other than wordpress to the hosting account? I'm asking because I find it difficult to design a wordpress site. I have been trying for the past two day
No as WOrdpress is the only website host connected to WA. You can of course get your own website from other hosts and still join us in discussions and training as a Premium member. WA is an affiliate marketing training site hence, it uses WP for themes.

It would be very interesting to know their thoughts today as sales pages are everywhere and if done well can be an asset.

I have no idea how to place anything on my wordpress site? I can seem to find the edit buttons to place any content? Any suggestions??
When editing a Page or Post you should see http://d.pr/i/TYlB if you're on the Visual tab, not the Text tab of the editor window. If you don't have the second row of icons, click on the Kitchen Sink icon, the last one on the right of the first row. :) Rich.
