I got a similar message when I paid for a theme that offered pro. I could seem to download it either. I finally gave up and asked for my money back and went with the free version.

There are literally thousands of free themes. You probably won't need to purchase a premium theme until you've got a lot of experience under your belt. Choose a New Theme However if that is what you really want to do then contact Site Support and ask about the PHP version etc. Submit a Support Ticket to SiteRubix Hosting Technical Support
Hi Marion, I do have some experience and for my health coaching business it's very important that I have a professional template otherwise I might just leave that over at square space but it seems crazy if I can get it all to work here. Thanks for your help

You do not need to "purchase" a wordpress theme. WA has, I think, over 100 themes, maybe more. You just go to the themes, and pick out the one that you like or think you can work with. Once you pick a theme, it is super easy to set up your site. The directions will guide you every step of the way! You do not have to worry about code, hosting, security, or any other issues. Kyle and Carson have taken care of all of it! That is why WA is a steal! They have us covered on all fronts. Any problems, just contact "Support". If you need help, let me know. You are best to raise a ticket within WA site support, (under site manager) hopefully they can help you...
Hello Alison, WA has made everything so easy and you do not need all the technical php........ you are talking about.
You can buy a domain right here at WA, you need ZERO technical know how and believe me, you can have your site up in under a minute.On the left side of your screen, there is tools, below tools there is "websites and hosting" click it and you`ll be guided how to purchase a domain.It`s really easy believe me.
