Combat Business Fatigue
Hello All:
I have been with Wealthy Affiliate for three years now. It is hard to beleive that it has been that long. I have learned so much and I have met so many people and made so many awesome friends. I have had long conversations with friends via email and other online forums -- people I have never met in person but I feel like I have known them forever and feel closer to them than some people whom I know in person. Thus, I would not change anything about my path.
I have experienced, however, at times what everyone has experienced - Business Fatugue. You become tired and bored of doing the same routine online day in and day out and sometimes it just gets old. You may feel like this guy below - lazy, tired, frustrated, ready to quit, etc:

Kyle wrote an awesome blog today on this subject and I encourage everyone to read it:
How to Sustain Motivation in Your Business Over Time
Kyle gives great suggestions and tips on how to overcome business fatigue and keep your online business going and moving forward, such as setting goals, etc. Some things that I do which are not mentioned in Kyle's list are:
- I try something new that I have not done before - a different social media platform, new software, etc.
- I do something that takes me out of my comfort zone - for me this would be doing a video of myself - still nervous about this one and I am sure many of you are too.
- Watch some of Jay's webinars that I missed on topics that I am unclear on. This relates to Kyle's suggestion about learning something new.
- I have many different websites here at WA and I will work on a website that I may have been neglecting and not spending as much time on.
I am also a person that cannot sit still for long. I have ADHD and so I also like to change my location and Kyle mentions that too in his blog. I travel frequently and so it can be hard to get online because there are places I have been were there is literally no service - no cell phone or Internet service - I am literally off grid in some places, which does have it's benefits to completely disconnect from the world for a few days.
Once again, I encourage you to read Kyle's post and come up with your own ideas and share your feedback either here on this post or on Kyle's post or both places, because other people need to read your thoughts and learn from you. We all need to learn from one another because we are all in this online learning community and business together and we all want to help each other succeed.
Sincerely,
