Combination Fried Rice
Whether it is Chinese or Western people liked to eat fried rice. The materials used in the fried rice is very flexible, as long as the refrigerator (or fridge) have any vegetable, eggs, ham or meat all can cook in the fried rice. Fried rice is pretty tasty, and the taste should be moderate, should be enough incense. How do we cooking the best rice? First, we cook the rice in perfect condition, don't add too many or too little waters, and cook in the rice cooker. Normally you will get perfect rice.The secret of perfect fried rice, it is to use the first "overnight rice" leftover rice, dry rice. Secondly, you can add some more of your favorite ingredients; you will feel the fried rice is full of flavor and very delicious.

Sausage 1 (diced) (can also use all kind of meats)
Chicken 1 (diced)
Ham 1 (diced)
Onion 1(diced)
Mushrooms 6 (sliced)
Carrots 1 (diced)
Cabbage few leaves (diced)
Tomato 1 (diced)
Green onion 2 (diced) (optional)
Green peas (frozen) proportionally
Egg 3 (broken into juice)
Seasoning:
2 tablespoon soy sauce
Black pepper
Salt some
Sugar, a little
Ketchup (optional)
Practice:
Cut the chicken into little dices and then marinate in one tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/4 of a teaspoon of sugar, black pepper and 1tea spoon of tapioca flour.
