Confusion- A state of Understanding

Hello my Fellow Entrepreneurs :)

Today I would like to dispel some of the negative thinking around the word Confusion!

The idea that Confusion is a bad thing is completely wrong.

Here's why!

Confusion is literally a state of understanding.

We can so wrapped up in the intensity of the struggle of understanding, that we can forget that all that is happening is that our Brain is doing it's natural work.

It takes a lot of energy literally to operate our Brains!

And whether we are just flat our tired or on the opposite end of the scale and overthinking, we all can find it hard to compute our brains.

The idea is to get into a state of relaxation, the Alpha state to be able to calm our nervous system down and hence we can then relax the muscles in our Brain.

When our muscles are relaxed we stand a chance of comprehending something a lot quicker.

So you see, all that is happening when we find ourselves Confused, is our body, mind and soul is screaming at ourselves!

So my dear Wealthy Affiliate Friends, is it time you slowed down and RELAX.
