I choose a theme, it is beautiful, but I apply to my website, it is not like the same with theme. and I don't know how I can add images on it. I need your help. thank you.
Hi Shuai
Unfortunately the pictures they show of the Theme is just an example of what is possible, it is not how it will look when installed on your website. Yes, it is a disappointment, isn't it?
Some Themes have "demos" or "templates", where you can simply change the pictures and the text.
Use the picture you saw of the Theme that you like so much, as your example and build it to look similar. ;-)
Wishing you all of the very best!

So that explains it. I thought when I apply the theme, my website would look like it. Thank you, Sharlee, you help me again. I think I should find a theme with template, it will be easy for me.
When you`re on your dashboard, on the left side where you`re writing your post, there is "ADD MEDIA" I hope it`s the same in all themes.
Click the add media(has a little camera image) from there you`ll be directed to your downloaded images, click the image you want to insert into the post.
It`s easy and here is training from Lynne How to Add Images to Wordpress

I had the same thoughts as well when I started out. I remember going through countless themes and applying them, only to see that the layout and format were completely different to what was being shown.
The key take away is that you need to build your site and it will require some time to get the right theme and then to do the background work to get it looking how you want it to. It's a bit of trial and error to be honest.
Some recommended places to get images are from free-to-download sites for stock images. Kyle did a really good run down of this in the affiliate training program which provides some great ideas around getting images for your site.
Some sites to check out for stock images include:
- Pexels
- Canva
- Unsplash
- picmonkey
- Wikimedia
They will have plenty of images to use on your site.
Good luck.
Matt
yaaa, I also try many times,haha^-^,it looks like we need to build ourselves as we did, not directly to use. Thank you,Matt, have a good day.
