The Second Step.
The first baby step was the decision to get the right process to starting an Affiliate Marketing business online. Sadly, many of the programs out there do not give you all the details and you are left floundering at times trying to figure out what to do and what's the next step.
I have heard of WA for about 2 years however never considered joining.
So that was my first step, making the decision to join.
Having completed the starter program in about 5 days, I took the second step to become a premium member.
With these first of many steps, I anticipate that I would get the help needed to make my first dollars online. It may take a month or perhaps a year, however I look toward that day since I know that all the steps I will take has lead me to successful implementation of all that I will learn.

Picking a niche and moving forward has always been one of my stumbling blocks. One of the reasons for this is that no one ever explicitly said that you needed to conduct a Google search for possible Affiliate offers. The usual place I looked for finding products was Clickbank and sadly for most of the things I was considering there were only 1 or 2 products. Not a promising start to being an Affiliate Marketer in that Niche.
I watched the Niche Brainstorming training by magistudios (Jay) and it was like turning on a light to illuminate that previously dark room.
I switched gears from the initial 2 niche ideas I was considering, one of which has potential. I thought about what I had done in my life that I can turn into a niche and BOOM, using the techniques in the video, I had a niche with at least 5 potential affiliate offers (after only 1 min of searching) and that's without including anything from Clickbank and Amazon.
Wow!
So I got a domain name and have it hosted at WA, with just the 2016 theme. Theme selection, one of the other stumbling blocks - trying to make it look niche before launching. So now I am following Kyle's advice in one of his videos and just putting up the basic until I get content up on the site.
So I am happy to report that I have taken step 3 and moving on to step 4 - setting up the Wordpress backend (plugins and basic pages, etc.) on the site.

Kyle is the master of SEO and there is so much material in his training it's easy to overlook a crucial point.
Jay's training is one of WA's secret treasures. The video's are lengthy, but can often clarify a key concept to make things come together.
