Morning All,

So I have been flat out trucking writing content and books. I just thought I’d jump in and drop a blog here because this might help a few authors out there who are struggling right now. or help someone looking to find there way in the online world to earning.

A lot of writers I’ve talked to are in the same boat they’ve got stories, passion, and talent… but not a big pocket to pay some “guru” to turn them into a bestseller.

And that’s where I come in.
Because my whole drive online right now is to show people especially authors that you can do this using just a Wealthy Affiliate membership and a handful of free platforms around it. You don’t need fancy ads, you don’t need a $10,000 marketing package… you just need to understand how to build, connect, and promote organically.

3. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and X (in that order):
   These four platforms run my whole marketing engine.

   • Pinterest drives long-term SEO traffic to my site.
   • Instagram gives me visuals and story posts.
   • X (Twitter) helps with reach, quick updates, and exposure.

Each platform plays a role and together, they turn one book into weeks of content.

How I Turn One Book Into a Full Day of Content

Let’s say I’ve got a new book coming out.
Here’s what a day looks like when I’m promoting it organically:

• Morning: A thought or question pulled right from the book.
• Midday: A quote or image that teases the story.
• Afternoon: A poll or question to drive comments.
• Evening: A post that links to the blog about that book.

I’m not dropping links all day I’m driving conversation.

  Free to join, and you can link it directly to your Amazon author account. People who live on Goodreads want to read. I’m just starting to blog there too, and it’s worth it.

  Find groups that allow promo posts. But don’t just drop your link post value. Share your cover update, ask for feedback, talk about your process. That human angle sells more than any ad ever will.

KDP’s Hidden Power (Free Promotions + KDP Reads)

If you’re self-published on Amazon KDP, you’ve already got a powerhouse tool sitting in front of you you just need to use it right.

Here’s what I mean:

• When your book is enrolled in KDP Select, Amazon gives you 5 free promotion days every 90 days.
• Use those days like ads because that’s exactly what they are.
  Amazon promotes your book for free to readers inside Kindle Unlimited.
• Every page read earns you a small royalty (anywhere from $0.02–$0.18 a page).
• Readers get hooked, and reviews start rolling in naturally.

Important: Don’t ever buy reviews.
Amazon cross-checks reviews against verified purchases and KDP reads. You’ll get banned fast. Let the reviews come naturally through your free promo periods.

Real Numbers From My Own Experience

Just to show what’s possible:

• One of my books sold 12 copies in a single day from a free promo.

And here’s the kicker:
