Transmission Grinding
Well, that plan went for dung… re: Clutch. Shift. Changing Gears.
I had a plan. Stop ‘chasing’ WA Rank Rabbit, and go after my goal of creating content and my courses. It’s a good plan. A thought out plan… I HAVE A PLAN!! (If a plan goes awry, do you ‘have’ a plan, or is it ‘had a plan’)?
It was supposed to be easy. A nice 6 speed, with easy speed shift, and away I go.
What’s it been? I will refer to the old farm truck. 3 on the tree, with a suicide 2nd… in other words, I keep banging my knuckles on the windshield!!
If I’m not creating here and responding to other posts, my ‘profession creative factor’ drops like a clutch in a bad mood! (Dropping the clutch: In 1st gear, with the clutch in, you hover the revs near redline. Then you release the clutch suddenly while you floor the accelerator. The tires will break loose and spin).
(Taking a month off was a HUGE mistake! I lost the groove… now Dancing Squirrel and I must find our music jam again, and restart the Creation Party)!!!
As the gears were grinding away yesterday, I managed to get a slow roll in 1st finally… office reorganization! Oh, the joys of having a workspace that… works! (Don’t push the clutch yet for 2nd… must finish the office first… then we can shift).
While still not chasing the Rank Rabbit
in my little race, I have found that if I’m not creating here, I have difficulty with creating Web Content… go figure. If I’m not reading other people’s posts, challenges, and successes, I get strangely lonely. (Am I the only one that gets that way? For the love of all things WA, I hope not)!Well, on that note I will leave you with this:
“The surest way to find your dream job is to create it.”
HAVE AN AWESOME DAY!!

Whenever I take time off it's always hard for me to get back into the groove. I'm sure you and Dancing Squirrel will get your groove back. Keep dancing!
I envy you. You only took a month a month off. I have been out of the loop for over a year mainly due to a string of illnesses that made it almost impossible to do anything. The last one being almost total paralysis. Good luck on getting your groove back.
