So here I am, a total newbie to the whole idea of making a new future for myself on the internet.
I found WA "by mistake" by reading Steves site on Internet Scams. I was curious to if there would actually be a way of creating an income online, but also very sceptical since I saw too many "get rich quick" sites asking for "small" fees to get the newest secret software to unlock Pandoras box.
I looked around at the WA site and decided to try the free membership. This was the first site that didn't ask for money up front and actually provided TRAINING for free! I have always been a sucker for learning new skills, born curious I use to say, so of course I went straight to the Get Started Here section.
After doing the lessons one after one and enjoying myself immensely, the Black Friday offer came along. Too good to miss, so I bought myself One Year of Education and Support as an early X-mas present for myself. Guess if I'm happy about this today.
Last friday I bought my own domain, but due to the timedifference between Sweden and USA didn't get it registrered onto the WA hosting until this monday. I published what little content I had and have added one post tuesday, wednesday and thursday. I looked into Google but my page was nowhere to be seen on the first few pages of rankings, and I wasn't discouraged as I am convinced that with some time I will get there.
Today I wrote and posted something at Street Articles for the first time. Less than 2 weeks ago I had not heared about it. After that I was on the phone with a friend and made some coffee. I wanted to be ready for the next lesson... But for some reason I checked Google again.
I AM ON 4th PLACE IN GOOGLES RANKING WITHIN MY NICHE !!!
This is unbelievable, my site has been up since monday! In just 5 days following the lessons here I go from scratch to 4th!!!
