Hey there. :)

So, at the beginning of this year, since I did not earn income from being an Amazon associate, I chose to create a new account with them, and give myself another chance -this being the third time since I started this affiliate journey back in 2022. I recently received an email from them saying I had a short 60 days to earn income with them or they'd delete my account.

The realization I've had is that the pressure of having that in the back of my mind isn't worth it.

So, I went through every article I wrote that had amazon links in them and deleted all of them with no mercy which brought my article countdown to low on both of my websites, yet I realize that it doesn't matter to me about the money.

I mean sure, the entire reason I began this affiliate marketing journey was to earn cash flow online, yet what I see now is that anyone can shop on Amazon at any given time on any given day and they don't need me to guide them there.

My focus now is to write articles that I'm passionate about using other affiliate marketing platforms that are unique and different; that you cannot necessarily find on Amazon. My focus is to write articles that maybe don't have any affiliate links in them at all, because my theory is that people can make up their own minds about what they want to buy.

This new focus takes the pressure off of my brain and now I write because I want to- not because I have to- if I earn money, I earn money.
