The tips and suggestions you left here are awesome and I will use these to help fine tune my second and "improved" vlog. As long as I can communicate my passion for WA combined with a good call to action than perhaps I will be able to get some more conversions.;-)

Why are you not able to make a video? It is obvious from the advice you left here that you would do a fine job at making a video- you know what it takes!

You are talking really with passion about your experience with WA! :) But maybe not necessarily at the reality of a potential member. I mean, Why should he join WA (apart from the benefits you mentioned)?
What can he expect? Instant help, training, live chat, likeminded frends to create online wealth by creating your own website(s) for affliliate marketing. What is AM? And why can anyone do this! Wouldn't it be great to create your own fulltime income or who knows what more. There are no limits in what you can create here! :)
I'm convinced that when you tell these kind of things (and of course you did in a way ;)) in the right sequence, short and to the point, for a compleet newbie to understand, than he would be eager to join WA! :)

Apart from this leaves me to say that, for the time being I'm not able to make such a beautiful passionate video!! Nothing to say about your voice; I fully agree with the comments below! :)

What I liked the most is expressive voice quality. The video may not connect for so long.
My sincere suggestion would be to explain the benefits of WA and excite the viewers how fast you have progressed and enjoyed being in WA and simply invite everyone to join for FREE. Kindly incorporate suggestions made by techound if you really wish to woo.

That was very well presented Seraina. I think that has the potential to convince a lot of your viewers to take up the free membership. The point that people mentioned about the link is a valid one. Perhaps more about the benefits as suggested by baruarajat as well but, overall, you presented it well.

Hi Seraina, I went through your video. You have done a good job.However, the video does not talk about how exactly someone will get benefited.I would have given more emphasis on website building(Build my website) and then talked about keyword search and optimization. The link to join is hidden in show more tab. If you can bring that in first 2 line will be great. The link is taking us to Your WA profile page and not to sign up page.. Was that intentional or you wanted people to land on membership sign up page?.

I went through the video. You really have an awesome media voice. It got me to listen to your message. But the video itself didn't connect as much as I would have liked. The video gave a bunch of features of WA but didn't portray much of the benefits of how WA is going to transform you viewers' lives. I think if you concentrate more on the benefits and how they can help your viewers, along with that awesome media voice, you'll have a seriously winning video.

Also, you may want to put the link that's in the description right on the first line. Otherwise, it gets lost in the Show More which people don't always do. Further, in the video itself have a closing frame that tells the viewers to click on the link in the description. If you're planning on displaying on YouTube (as opposed to on your website) then let that ending message go on for a bit (like 20 to 30 seconds).
