I have found photocape to be a great image builder. It is free and very easy to use. I can create a image from scratch or change an image to be my own.
Hi. I would advise against using images without knowing the site's terms and conditions. Images on Google could be copyrighted and using them could land you in trouble, I would include screenshots in that caution as well.

You could use this tool called Snagit that does wonders for screenshots. I use it all the time.
