Daylight Saving Time

The time changed last night and we lost an hour. It will take a couple of days for my body clock to catch up.

It really seemed weird this morning when I looked at the clock. Then I remembered that the time changed at 2:00am this morning.

I like it much better when it goes the other way and we gain an hour.

I agree.

I start preparing for daylight savings a month ahead of time so I don´t feel so weird when the time comes.

Daylight saving not so sure anymore if it makes still sense.

Did you change your clock?

We´re not supposed to do that till the last Sunday in March in Europe

Yes.

Just forced myself to go to bed two hours earlier last night and that evened it out!

We need6to STAY on Daylight Savings Time...period!!

I always change my clocks before I go to bed, that way there is no surprises in the morning. It didn't help this year that I had to get up @ 5:30 am, which according to my body, was still 4:30 am. I may need to have a nap later this afternoon.

I agree with you, the falling back is much nicer as we get an extra hour of sleep!!

What was nice was that my fitbit automatically adjusted the time, as well as my cellphone.

When do the clock change here I wonder?

Same as us, Paul, on the 26th

For the next 4 weeks we in the U.K. Are only 4 hours ahead of Eastern time so some of the 8pm webinars are on at midnight instead of 1.00am. A bit easier to stay awake
