Where I have been for the past 2 weeks
In case you guys haven't noticed I have been offline for about 2 weeks due to me moving to a new apartment. The cable company screwed up and the guy that was supposed to put in my work order didn't do his job so I had to call them and find out what happened. Being offline all that time has really been killing me and it made me appreciate what I have even more. The little things like having internet access is really important especially if you are running an online business. I am thankful for a dear friend that let me get on their computer every few days to check on my business and keep things running smooth while I was away.
How did my my business do while I was away?
To my surprise my business didn't suffer one bit while I was away and I continued to make consistent sales every day and my rankings actually went up instead of down. My traffic has also increased since I was offline which was really surprising to me. I was afraid that since I wasn't able to blog like I usually do that I might drop in rank and lose traffic but it was the complete opposite. Having an online business is the best kind of business to have because if you work at it consistently and keep adding content to your website it will run on autopilot while you are away.
What kind of business can you leave for 2 weeks and still continue to make money?
I don't know of any other business that you can take off for 2 weeks and still continue to make constant sales daily and keep getting new customers in the door then an online business do you?
The purpose of this blog post is to let everyone here know that the training here at WA works if you are willing to put in the time and effort. Like Kyle has mentioned in his post a few weeks back all you need is time. If you are willing to commit yourself to doing this and you treat it like a business and understand that you will get out of this what you put into it then you will be very successful.
I am very grateful for WA and I owe everything to Kyle and Carson for creating such an awesome community here. I don't know where I would be today if it wasn't for the awesome boot camp training and I am looking forward to 2014 as being an even better year than 2013 was.
I would love to hear your comments about this and anything that you would like to add to it. I will be following up this blog with another blog about my progress for the year so be looking out for that as well.
