The power of WOW!
Zig went on to relate that attitude of WOW to why so many people from foreign lands come to the U.S. and create wealth and success in business. Because the United States offers incredible opportunity to anyone, from any background, any nationality, even any educational level. All it takes is a dream, a vision, and the perseverance to see it through.
Immigrants from less affluent, less developed countries see the opportunity in the U.S. and think, "Wow!'
Meanwhile, many American born take the opportunity for granted. Instead of seeing the "Wow" they are blinded by the idea of hard work and long hours. That's why we have so many in our country that are destitute, or one paycheck away from it. Failure to recognize and appreciate the opportunity all around us.
Now, the internet has leveled the playing field. people across the globe need not relocate to a more developed economy to experience the power of "Wow!" Wherever you are, whatever corner of the world that you call home, you have the same opportunity for success as everyone else. Entrepreneurs from developed countries like the U.S. are choosing to locate in foreign lands, no longer bound by geography.
A broadband internet connection is all that's needed to conduct a global business. Even a lack of a consistent connection may be a frustrating challenge, but not insurmountable. Ask our own Daniel Eurgete about that.
So, today we see entrepreneurs springing up around the world. Fresh voices from all parts of the globe, clamoring to be heard. People that have the vision, that have the appreciation, that see the opportunity... and say "WOW"

Nice! People don't realize what we have here....they are too busy whining and complaining and asking Uncle Sam for more handouts so they don't have to work. The U.S. has become a nation of lazy people who remind me of a character on the Red Skelton show, Freddie the Freeloader! If it is free they are so happy, but if they have to work for it in any way, OMG, they do a Fred Sanford and grab their chests!
I would love to see what Archie Bunker would say in today's times! LOL I loved his take on the world back in the 70s and I know I would be howling at his take on today! Meathead and Gloria would really be getting an earful! LOL
Until things change, the U.S. is still the 'land of opportunity' and a beacon of hope to the world's oppressed .
How very true! It seems that there are so many that want everything to be easy and do not realize that it is through hard work and effort that they can achieve their goals. If something gets too difficult they give up on it instead of sticking it out.
