Thank you is it complicated sending messages privately or is it just me who is lost with navigating???
When you click, make sure the link clearly shows your message will be going to Carson or Kyle, and you will be fine. :-))

Signed up last year but don't remember when where can we find this info? Do we not have a personalized membership page? Should there not be a spot where we can find all this in
Hey, your profile says you signed up in February 2016.
The only real way to know when you signed up is to look in your email inbox through February messages and find the very first email from WA ;)
so if we want to take advantage of the Black Friday rebate we can't right? makes no sense Correct?
I clicked on my profile, then account settings, then scrolled down to billing and it showed me when my last payment was (I went yearly premium on September 15th, 2016 which it shows me. Good luck! - Joy
