"The Blahg of the Day" - July 27, 2016
Hello, fellow WA-ffers!!
I hope everyone is doing well today!!
I wanted to thank everyone again, who has taken the time in following me.
Over the past several days, I have been doing what I can to reach out to the many members in the WA community. To be able to do this, has helped me build a foundation. A foundation for a closer knit community. You can call it a mini-WA community if you will.
By reaching out, I hope to get to know more people and offer my support to those I can reach out to. Although, after having many of my fellow mentors leave me a message, I am still going through many of their profiles and learning from their experiences. This has helped me be closer to the people within this community. Through my clicking of the "Follow" button or the "Follow Me" button, I hope to establish a mini-WA community of supporters. I cannot say a big WA community, because I realize just how massive the WA community really is, and I realize how unsuccessful I would be if I tried to reach out to everyone.
But, what I am trying to say is that the next evolution of WA, will be for people to start building their mini-communities as well. It is really tough to go it alone and just ask your individual questions on Live Chat!! Rather, my belief is, allow your mini-community of supporters, the ones who interact with you, who respond to you, help you every step of the way. Of course, this relationship would be reciprocal. If they help you, you would be expected to help them. The one thing, which I like Kyle and Carson for doing, is building a selfless community. This community is selfless, but there are a great number of people within the community, who have not been reached out to yet. My suggestion and my challenge for each and everyone of you, is to reach out to as many people as you can and start building your mini-WA communities. There are so many great people on this site, that it would be such a waste not to get to know who they are.
So, if you have some time from your busy schedule, click on that green "Follow" or "Follow Me" button on as many people as you can. These same people, who respond back are priceless, because it means they are there for you even for the non-urgent matters. These people are who you can look up to, and who you can also offer help to. What better way to build your foundation, if you have the personal network of mentors that keep your foundation strong. I hope that everyone reads this blog, for I believe it will only help make your experiences that much better. We all have different backgrounds and experiences, Let us learn from each other, in building successful sites. Also, take time to get to know your mentors on a personal level by looking at their profiles, This will help strengthen your relationship with them, who took the time to write to you. For the time that someone took to get to know me through my profile and write back, I hope you spend twice or three times the effort more in doing the same. That is key to building such very important relationships.
My Hope and My Vision for WA is: Make each and every WA member count!!
And my apologies, for those I have not responded yet. I hope to read everyone's profile, who have responded to me:) Thank you.

Thank you for sharing. This should be the way that we should all be going. This community must have more people like you.
I have been doing just what you are suggesting. There is a great group of people here at WA with a diverse set of experiences and expertise, but they all seem to be willing to share it all. That's what makes this place a wise investment.
