Today is a good day! 13 Amazon Sales this month! And a new Job!
Good Morning wonderful fellow Freedom seekers. Today is a good day, and yesterday was a GREAT day.
As I checked in with my Amazon Associates account I was shocked to see 13 more sales, so that is now 19 in total, but what is more exciting is that yesterday someone actually bought a product that I recommended in one of my Best of posts! Another Milestone and I am so grateful.
Since the clicks and sales began I have had 173 clicks on my Amazon Links and a sale pretty much every day. Revenue is obviously small (as this is Amazon) however it is so exciting to see that in 3 short months you can go from no knowledge to a built website that is fully monetised and working!
This is all thanks to the wonderful training and community here at WA. I thank you all. I haven't even started to dedicate myself to my website and I have only really dipped my toe in all the training that is available here. Therefore, the future is incredibly exciting.
I have also had to delay my 'freedom dream' for a short while and have got a new full time employed job. This job is so far removed from my passions and skills and dreams, however it will in the short term, to bring in the much-needed money to get us back out of the hole we fell in and have been desperately trying to climb out of.
You see Freedom is made up of several factors: Time: Energy:Health:Money, then mix this in with passion, desire and purpose and you have the magic of life. And whilst following my dreams and desires and having a strong purpose bought me the freedom of time and energy and health, I haven't had any money. So for now, FOR NOW, I sacrifice my time and energy to earn money again.
I move forward with one full time job, one part-time job, 2 children and a website. However I do this now with awareness that there is another way, and that way is beginning to grow, beginning to work and WA offers me a very exciting future. I know that freedom in all areas is a reality, just sometimes I have to take three steps back to take one step forward, until finally, I will make a giant leap to freedom.
Have a truly wonderful day. Keep believing in yourself and your site but most importantly in your dreams and desires. The journey maybe tough but it will never be boring. Enjoy!

I feel that the momentum train is building up a nice head of steam. Throw in a few coals of content every now and then and I'm sure it will continue to speed ahead. Chugga chugga WOO WOO.

Love the Momentum train!! going to have to fill it with lots of coal this month. I start my new job beginning of October so gives me a few weeks of time freedom to milk!
What is great to know, is the 'system' works and now I know how, it can be enhanced on this one and multiplied to other sites.
Also goes to show that your theory of taking the path of least resistance and my following 'the art of allowing' works. As I haven't written on the site for a month now.

I think you must be in the top few percent currently, considering age of site and the amount of sales thus far, impressive to say the least.
Day fifteen, according to my notes, of the project. Two pages of content but I haven't started to create the 'day-by-day' write-ups yet, so that will keep me out of trouble for the next few days.
Quick dash in and out of Birmingham yesterday, dropping parts off for repair, not my favourite place to drive. Sat nav decided not to charge and then kept falling off the screen when it did actually decide to work.
Still, it makes for a few more paragraphs.
You will. Just do the work, believe (don't doubt the success for a second, until it comes) and then allow it to happen! Wishing you much success : )

Hi Sara, that is an awesome result for such a short period, You have earned it with your effort. Much success awaits you on your journey forward, you have come a long way since the disclosure statement at the start.

I know! Those first weeks I spent crying over building it. It just shows how good the training and support here is. Thank you for all of your help and encouragement so far. Have a wonderful weekend : )
