Thank you to everyone that took the time to answer my question, I have been posting a couple of times every few days as my blog is still new and without content, folks will get bored quickly. I appreciate the input as it allows me to know I'm doing the right thing. With any newbie, I think there are so many questions and having this community is a godsend when you are questioning yourself.

I try to post 3 times or 4 per week . I’m so excited to be writing its work but fun work everytime I post so write write write-helpful quality content and focus on learning everything you can about your niche to help keep you excited about your next post! Look up with the word search key words with low competition for ideas for your next 10 posts you can always change it up as you go along but it’s inspiring to do so to keep going to reach that consistent 3000 plus word post each time or at least much of the time

3-4 times a week is good... at bare minimum 2-3. Do this consistenty until you start getting good traffic. if it is paying, keep posting, if you get tired of the subject, you at least have a ton of content on the site that can age while you work on something else.

even then, i woudl still try to do at least 1 post a week.

So... .long winded way of saying, post a lot, but post consistently.

Hello, it's really up to you how often you post but, especially in the early days, I would say 3 to 4 a week. It is more important to be consistent in your posting.
