Thank you for the kind words, I have checked out your site and think there is a lot of good information there, wasn't too sure how to comment but will go back and check properly today. I am doing my best to follow the advice given here and looking at each misstep as feedback on how to do it better, I say misstep because I really don't believe we make mistakes we just gather information that we can use to improve. If we see it as a mistake then it can drag us down into a negative spiral and cause us to lose momentum... so here is to all the missteps, sidesteps and overstepping that I am about to embark upon.

So very true! We go from bumbling in the dark to hey 'I got this' and then the occasional so maybe I don't have it after all but at least I'm learning what doesn't work and that can be useful information too x
