How do I update the PHP version to 7.4 on my website.
If its not causing any issues for you Site support updates the PHP version per a schedule by server and many sites are on the same server. .

Can I retrieve a template I accidentally deleted.
Hope you were able to get your About Me document retrieved.
One thing we do is create a rough draft in Notepad on our PC so we can work on it offline and can always retrieve it.
You may also try site support see if they still have a cache of the template.

What WordPress plugin are you using to perform the purchasing cycle? Probably WooCommerce?
Search on Google and ask how a customer gets listed as a user on your website. The plugin your are using should have something in their documentation and a fast way to find it is by doing a search.

Any theme would do as long as it says in theme details it is woocommerce supportive and responsive i.e. mobile friendly.
There's one I use is Blossom Shop.
Another good one is Generate Press Premium edition.
