Cannot access my jaaxy account
Is someone having issue to login to his Jaaxy account? I have been trying to access the tool but the system keeps telling me that my logn details do not exist. Instead it asks me to create a new account!

Interesting.
I didn't know that WA owned Jaaxy—I thought that it was owned by a completely independent outfit. Perhaps WA make it clear from the start.
At any rate, nowadays I use different software. It seems horribly complicated—perhaps simplicity is Jaaxy's forte—but nearly everything seems horribly complicated upon first use.

I think you missed this somewhere in the training because Kyle talks about this. That is why you need to configure correctly you Jaxxy account within WA.
Every time you refer a WA new member, he will be automatically your Jaxxy referral also.

Just spoke to 2 others having the same issue.
They are upgrading/maintaining the Jaaxy platform right now. Should be up and running shortly.
Having same problem at this end.
Guess we just need to give it some time, given the comments from others

Yes, this is a known issue. The fix will be released this AM, this was caused from an interdependent code base release. We are on it!
